Journey Healthcare is dedicated to providing high quality healthcare services to our patients and their families. Our job is to ensure our patients' needs and well being come first. We must work diligently to comply with the laws, rules and regulations of Medicare of the states and communities in which we provide care.

Description

Journey Healthcare is a dynamic organization providing hospice, home healthcare, and other health related services to the patients in our service area. As stated in our Mission Statement, we are dedicated to providing a comprehensive, quality, and interdisciplinary program of care and services to our patients.

Our primary goal is comfort care and qualities of life after reasonable measures of cure have failed. Our Staff is dedicated to administering the highest quality health services enabling our patients to adapt and manage their medical situation and remain in the comfort of their home setting.
