Mission Statement

We aspire to be an innovative, first-mover in the supplemental educational services sector, providing highly effective, customized solutions for our clients -- the foundations, agencies and private citizens who contract our services. At the same time, we recognize that our ultimate responsibility and commitment is to the children we serve. Our mission is to provide children with the academic skills and the love of learning they need to succeed in school and in life. Our specific objectives are to assist students to reach or exceed grade level performance and help students develop a renewed confidence in their own abilities and in the value of learning.

Description

Cool Kids Learn (CKL) provides academic enrichment programs after school and during the summer at schools and community locations throughout the Southeastern United States. By engaging students in hands-on elective coursework designed to reinforce academic foundations, build critical thinking skills and expose students to cultural, career and arts experiences, CKL helps children build the academic skills and the love of learning they need to succeed in school and in life. There are currently CKL programs held at schools and community locations in four states, serving over 3,000 students.
