Mission Statement

Mission Statement for Homeward Bound K-9's Inc.: The Corporation is organized as a nonprofit corporation exclusively for charitable and educational purposes which are more specifically described as follows: a. to provide temporary and/or permanent homes or shelter for abandoned, abused, and neglected canines in Arkansas; b. to provide necessary and desirable medical treatment for sick and injured dogs, as well as generally needed veterinary services; c. to work with other area rescues in the promotion of the need for spay and neuter clinics for low income citizens; d. to work with other rescues to promote awareness and information to the public on various issues such as animal welfare, animal disease, behavioral problems, and overpopulation problems .
