GCKA is a large youth organization that is truly self supporting. GCKA owns the 52 acre facility, the upkeep, the staff, - all funded via the organization. GCKA does not rely on the use of public facilities or funds to keep doing what it has for 30+ years, like some many other non-profits. With GCKA there is no attachment to a higher organization such as a school or church etc.. it is singular, and exists solely on the hours put in by the community volunteers, and those who give their time to the youth of Central Ohio.

Still very political, not always for the good of the kids
