Mission Statement

MetroVoice's mission is to engage the youth through an inter-active life planning model during the "Frameworks for Success Camp" where each individual in open forum discussions effectively outlines their "Winning Life Game Plan".

Description

Defining the individuals WINNING LIFE GAME PLAN is critical to success and is made possible through the filter of your personal S.W.O.T. analysis. The S. W. O. T. Analysis stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, & Threats. When the youth understand this about themselves, it enables them to make effective and efficient life decisions.

MetroVoice mobilizes the business community as mentors to aid the youth in the development and implementation of their WINNING LIFE GAME PLAN.

Each youth will develop their own plan for their life based on their gifts, talents and interest. The Winning Life Game Plan is not only an outline of what they want to accomplish, but how they will accomplish it as well.
