R.I.S.E. acts as a buffer to change in the culture of transitioning in today's society. We create a customized experience based on the needs of your community that encourages solidarity, cultural brokering and social support. We aim to target foster care alumni who are at risk for experiencing disparities during their transition into adulthood. Transitioning is a vulnerable process for any population,so we provide preventative measures for youth, support for family and empower young adults. One thing that sets us apart is that we will travel to your community to deliver our experiences, resources and services to decrease barriers and increase success. Our main focus of all our programs is to promote sustainability and purposeful helping relationships for transitioning youth and young adults.

We feel that youth and young adults in transition need a strong support system that will inspire and empower them to reach success. We are prevention , intervention and management based in order to increase sustainability and success. We want to share and assist many of them in retaining a valuable asset of being forward thinking and well aware of all their options. We offer a catalog of resources unique to a variety of long term interests and life goals.
