Charged up quite a bill within a very short amount of time. We made FGC aware if it was not covered by our insurance not to do anything that would make us take more out of our pockets. They did. It took 3 years for them to finally do something about disputed charges on my bill. I withheld my payments due to that mistake as I didn't want to falsely agree to the charges. Left many messages for 3 years never getting a return call until 2 months ago I called them, again. They were taking my state income tax money this time. We were able to get the 2 charges taken off our bill, and paid in full the remainder the same day. They failed to file proper documents to the state they had over a week to do it and so our check still went to them. Took 2 months to get our money from them. My child did not take anything useful from that place at all nor could they suggest anything we had not already tried.
