Description

The Education Project for Homeless Youth (EPHY), a program of the Washtenaw Intermediate School District, has been serving homeless families and their children in Washtenaw County, Michigan since 1992. EPHY operates by virtue of the Federal McKinney-Vento Act, under the guidance of the Michigan Department of Education. The program serves between 250-300 children per year by providing enrollment assistance, advocacy, educational support, tutoring, transportation, referrals and information.
