Mission Statement

We are dedicated to the protection of Old world fruit batsand their habitat through conservation, education, and research. Our goal is to save flying fox populations and their habitat with a non confrontational approach to reach solutions which benefits bats, people, and ecosystems.

We beleive education is the greatest tool one can use to conservae fruit bat populations from decline. Educating governments, forestry, wildlife personnel and the public the benefits of bats , We want to help local villagers how fruit bats impact their daily lives . Research is essential for a better understanding of fruit bat biology, behavior, and conservation needs .

We are dedicated to the protection of Old world fruit batsand their habitat through conservation, education, and research. Our goal is to save flying fox populations and their habitat with a non confrontational approach to reach solutions which benefits bats, people, and ecosystems.

Our organization give bat and conservation programs to scools ,libraries and museums in the Chicago area.

We are also working towards opening a rescue, educational and captive breeding center on the island of Sulawesi. This center will be the first of it's kind in Indonesia.

The facility will be used by reseachers and students to study fruit bats in captivity .
