Mission Statement

To foster comprehensive, sustained community programs for the immunization of Arizonans against vaccine preventable diseases. The Arizona Partnership for Immunization (TAPI) was created to improve the immunization levels of children in Arizona and has recently expanded to include adolescents and adults. Cooperative efforts between the public and private sectors have become a major force in implementing system changes resulting in long-term improvements in immunization services delivery in Arizona. TAPI is a community based initiative that includes private health plans, the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), the Arizona Immunization Program (AIPO), voluntary service organizations, business, pharmaceutical companies, and other government/public health agencies and professional provider organizations. TAPI currently has over 400 members representing over 200 organizations.
