At her Interview Suiting, a client is assisted by one of our Personal Shoppers who (based on the sizes given) has already selected several outfits for her to try on by the time of her appointment. The Personal Shoppers are trained to assist the client by making sure the outfit she selects fits properly and is appropriate for the job she is applying for. Along with tips on how to dress professionally, the Personal Shopper gives words of encouragement - all in an effort to build the client's self-confidence and better prepare her for a successful interview.

Once the interview outfit has been selected, the Personal Shopper helps the client select a pair of shoes, hosiery and a handbag (if available). Lastly, the client receives a faux pearl necklace and earring set. Every client of every affiliate office worldwide receives a set of pearls to wear for her interview. It is our organization's first symbol of success for our clients.
