To offer, refuge, medical care, nourshment to the unjured, unwanted and abused animals. To foster a pubic sentiment of humanity and kindness towards animals and to protect them from cruelty, carelessness and ignorance. To promote responsible and concerned pet ownership through humane education. To enchance the quality of human life though the unconditional love of a companion animal. To prevent pet overpopulation through education to animal owners and to rightfully spay and neuter the companion animals that come into our care.

Description

The Kelvar Mair Foundation's Cats Meow Dogs Bark Rescue is a foster home based animal welfare and rescue organization. Each and everyday we rescue within our means the unwanted and owner surrendered animals within our area. We provide care, concern and control for the animals and seek to find them a forever loving home for them.
