Mission Statement

The Broadmoor Skating Club a 501(c)(3) is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, and to foster national and international amateur figure skating competitions and exhibitions.

Description

The Broadmoor Skating Club, Inc. (BSC) is a member of United States Figure Skating (USFS). It has been in existense for over 60 years. Currently, the club is one of the largest in the United States with a membership of over 400 ranging in ages from 1 to 70. BSC had eight members medal at the Olympics. Three of them won gold. We are the home club of over 200 national medalists.

The club encourages figure skating skills and knowledge through a series of tests to measure the accomplishments of the skater in the four areas of figure skating. These are moves in the field, free skating, pair skating and ice dancing.
