Big Brothers Big Sisters of Beaver County assists children in reaching their potential through professionally supported, dynamic, one-to-one relationships. Children from single parent homes are matched with stable and caring volunteers who provide examples and activities, as well as guidance and encouragement, thereby enriching their overall life experience.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Beaver County matches children (ages 6-12 with adult volunteers who serve as role models, mentors and guides. The volunteers spend approximately 2 hours every other week (4 hours per month) for one year with their assigned "Little Brother" or "Little Sister".
