Komen Milwaukee's project goal is to successfully develop and implement a new internet application that will allow the general public to submit monetary donations to the Komen Milwaukee Affiliate. For the donation, the donor will receive a personal web site page that will be a tribute to their family member or loved one that has fought the battle against breast cancer. The primary business goal this project is intended to accomplish is to increase the amount of donations received in to the Affiliate in conjunction with its Race for the Cure event, held in September every year. The project will include a web interface application that will be used by the general public as well as an administrative web interface application that will be used by Komen Milwaukee employees and volunteers. Komen Milwaukee is looking for an individual that will develop the new internet application using the guidelines and specifications set forth in this document. The Affiliate Webmaster will be available as a resource for design and technical specifications and general assistance.
