Mission Statement

The mission of the HCR Manor Care Foundation is to enhance the quality of life in the communities HCR Manor Care serves. The Foundation will achieve this mission by supporting community-based services, research and education addressing the needs of:

  • the elderly
  • individuals requiring post-acute services
  • individuals requiring hospice and palliative care
  • charitable organizations supported by HCR Manor Care employees

The Foundation's efforts will be focused on sustaining dignity, independence, and a sense of well-being, all of which are essential elements of a vibrant quality of life.

Description

We are a facility that has both sub-acute and long term residents. We take pride in knowing that we provide only the best for our residents.
