Description

The association has more than 19,000 members and was founded in 1945. The majority of CWA's members are hunters, and all are dedicated supporters of CWA's conservation programs. The association has four primary focus areas: Waterfowl, Wetlands, Heritage, and Government Affairs. Funding for CWA's programs comes from fundraising events, donations, grants, contracts, and membership dues. The headquarters for CWA is in Sacramento, CA.
