Mission Statement
Civil Air Patrol is the non-profit benevolent civilian auxiliary of the United States Air Force. Its three missions are:
1. Aerospace Education of its members and the general public.
2. Emergency Services. Missions for America including Search and Rescue, Disaster Relief, Communications, and Homeland Security.
3. Cadet Program. A leadership and character development program for teens age 12-18 which is based upon the structure of the United States Air Force.
Description
Central Missouri Composite Squadron serves the central area of Missouri. It is based in Columbia, MO, and serves the surrounding communities, including Jefferson City, Fulton, Ashland, Mexico.
The local squadron has regular meetings every Tuesday evening from 7:00-9:00pm at the Columbia Missouri National Guard Armory 5151 Roger Wilson Memorial Drive.
