Mission Statement

To provide volunteer opportunities to low income seniors age 60 and over to provide 1-to-1 support to At-risk youth in health, education and welfare settings.

Description

Foster Grandparents serve 20 hours per week with At=Risk Youth in the Parishes of Ascension, Livingston, Tangipahoa. Volunteers are reimbursed a nontaxable stipend for their service along with mileage, meals and annual physical exam.
