Mission Statement

The mission of the Peter R. Marsh Foundation is to better our society by cultivating Servant First Leadership.

In other words, we believe that great leadership has the power to make our world a better place and we exist to offer leaders in the Pacific Northwest Region the training, resources and support they need to experience both practical success and personal fulfillment in their leadership.

Description

Servant First Leadership is a very different approach. Its focus is not on power and control. Instead it emphasizes teamwork, trust, listening and integrity. It requires leaders to think first about the people they lead, and to serve them in order to bring out their very best.

We are a 501 (c) (3) committed to helping small business leaders succeed. Our program includes small business seminars and peer coaching designed in a practical way to have an immediate and positive effect on small businesses.
