The mission of the Utah Arts Festival Foundation is to pro d uce the annual Utah Arts Festival for the purpose of promoting the arts an d enhancing the quality of life in Utah . The Festival presents a wi d e variety of performing, visual, literary an d film art an d seeks to present the best Utah artists an d their contemporaries worl d wi d e. The Utah Arts Festival has a 32 year history of bringing the community together through the arts each summer in d owntown Salt Lake City . More than 80,000 patrons come together over the four d ays in June to experience a wi d e variety of performing, visual, literary, film an d d emonstrating arts in a casual, out d oor atmosphere. Our location at Library an d Washington Squares provi d e patrons who might not otherwise atten d performances in tra d itional venues.
