Mission Statement
Lifeline's mission is to expand the reach of our network's community services to enable at-risk adults to live independently in their own homes with confidence and security with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service to our subscribers, their caregivers and our referral sources.
Description
Lifeline is a community based, 24-hour response system that helps individuals live independently, while maintaining a sense of security of "never being alone", when in their own homes. With just the push of a lightweight, waterproof button, worn either around the neck or on the wrist, someone is there to assist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Lifeline now has three new innovations: AutoAlert, the only medical alert pendant that can call for help even when you can't, the newHomeSafe Wireless Communicator, which can be used with a cell phone and our innovative GoSafe, which is a button that can "go anywhere".
