Mission Statement

The DFW Airport Ambassador Program provides exemplary customer service, which meets or exceeds passenger needs, making DFW International Airport the "Airport of Choice." Ambassadors offer friendly, accurate and timely assistance by answering questions regarding airport and airline services and facilities, flight assistance and tourism information in a friendly, welcoming manner.

Description

As one of the world's busiest airports, DFW served more than 59 million passengers in 2005. International Terminal D and the Skylink high-speed train, both of which opened in 2005, continue to position DFW as a global air transportation gateway. As a DFW Airport Ambassador Volunteer, you'll have the chance to be a part of the excitement.

Become an Airport Ambassador and lend a helping hand to travelers as they arrive at and depart from DFW. Welcome people from around the world, make new friends and be a vital part of North Texas' most dynamic and growing transportation center.
