Colerain Township is dedicated to providing an environment conducive to a good quality of life and property values. Volunteers from the local area can help to support this mission, especially by helping elderly and low-income neighbors in their efforts to keep our neighborhoods strong.

Description

The Colerain Township Planning & Zoning Department seeks to be proactive in administering the property maintenance, nuisance, and zoning regulations. By matching volunteers with neighbors and neighborhoods in need of clean up, minor property repairs, etc., we hope to facilitate neighborhood pride and a good quality of life for the whole community.
