Circle of Care Foundation

Description

The Circle of Care Foundation provides support for the patients and families at the world-renowned Grossman Burn Centers in West Hills and Santa Ana, Circle of Care Leeza's Place, and S+AGE (Specialized Ambulatory Geriatric Evaluation program at Sherman Oaks Hospital).

Each of these programs provides vital healthcare services to our community. Because of support from Circle of Care Foundation, burn survivors will attend camp and families lives will be rebuilt after a fire has destroyed their home; family caregivers will preserve the memories they hold so dear as their loved ones succumb to dementia or Alzheimer's; senior citizens receive personalized care and live more independently with a better quality of life.
