Mission Statement

MC to the third power stands for the Music City Community Chorus, a non-profit, broad-based volunteer performing chorus formed in Nashville, Tennessee. The overall goal is to create an organization that builds a bridge between disparate Nashville music communities and styles.

Description

MC3 welcomes not only those who have had prior experience of performing with choral ensembles--high school, college, church, and community--but the musically-inclined and musically-disenfranchised as well. There are many fine musicians and singers in Nashville who may never have had an opportunity to experience music from a classical perspective. On the other hand, the diverse make-up of this group brings the energy of skills born of popular music to the realm of the classical music lover.

Music City community Chorus gives free concerts throughout the year to enable any interested individual to enjoy choral music.
