Mission Statement

Mt. Bethel Older Adult Day Program exists to provide a loving, caring christian environment for older adults, give respite to families/caregivers and provide volunteer opportunities to the community.

This includes:

  • Fun and fellowship with peers
  • Exercise designed for older adults
  • Stimulating and creative activities
  • Healthy lunch

Description

We offer a weekday program for Older Adults in the community. This is an opportunity to meet new friends and experience fellowship in a safe social setting. Activities are varied and include, "Seniorcise" (a gentle exercise program geared toward older adults), music, games, devotions, crafts and more.

This program is also designed for persons with Alzheimer's or other memory impairments but who can still attend to personal needs. Participants can choose to come one or more days. Daily lunch is included in the fee. A pre-participation assessment interview and an application is required for all participants

Hours: 10:30 am - 2:30 pm
Open Monday through Thursday
Closed Fridays
