To enhance the quality of life, health, and well-being of Jewish older adults, their families, and others in our community, consistent with the values and traditions of our Jewish heritage.

Description

The Jewish Home of Rochester was established in 1923. We are a 362-bed facility, which includes a 68-bed Transitional Care rehabilitation program and a 37-bed dementia unit. Our organization also provides a Day Care program, Outpatient Rehabilitation and At Home Services.
