Homeward Bound of Marin pursues a mission of "opening doors to safety, dignity, hope and independence" for everyone in the community. We operate on the vision that "everybody deserves a place to call home."
Description
Homeward Bound of Marin is the county's primary provider of shelter and supportive services for homeless families and adults. We offer 10 inter-related residential programs with services that include counseling, job-training, classes in money management and other "life skills," parenting classes and more. Our residents have built a record of success, with 81 percent of families served and 76 percent of single adults who complete our programs moving to stable housing.
