Mission Statement

Our MISSION is to provide the terminally ill patient and his loved ones with the support and care they require to live their lives comfortably. Our Hospice Team strives to enable the patient and his family to maintain dignity and a good quality of life.

Our GOAL is to achieve physical, emotional and spiritual comfort for the patient and his family. We strive to empower the patient and his family by providing them with the tools, information, and support they need to make proper decisions. We provide on-going support for family and friends for as long as needed.

We BELIEVE that Hospice Care should be available to any and all persons with illnesses for which there are no cures or for persons who elect not to attempt cures, resulting to a limited life expectancy.

Description

We providing comfort through pain and symptom management including physical, emotional and spiritual needs of patient during the final phase of terminal life.

We are a benefit program of health care and services designated to meet the special needs of patients and their loved ones, when the patient is diagnosed with a disease for which they elect comfort and palliative care.

Our services are available for persons who are no longer be able to benefit from curative treatment under a direction of a physician. A team of trained professionals such as physicians, nurses, counselors, therapists, social worker, aides and volunteers will provide medical care and support to both patient, family and love ones 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
