Since 1990, XL Hospice, a community based, private corporation has been dedicated to providing quality end-of-life care with a focus on excellence and integrity. Central to the work of XL Hospice is the belief that each one of us has the right to die pain-free and with dignity allowing life to be lived as fully and comfortably as possible.

XL Hospice is a dynamic team of people who provide expert care and support to hospice patients and their families. The staff includes physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and office support personnel.

XL Hospice provides expert medical care, pain management, and emotional and spiritual support expressly tailored to the patient's needs and wishes. XL Hospice also offers Countryside Manor Hospice House located on Highway 52 just outside of Payette.
