Description

Compeer means

a companion, peer, or

an equal

Most of us have a special friend who shares our interests & concerns.

People recovering from mental illness often lose touch with friends when they are need the most.

Volunteers contact their friend weekly by phone or in person.

Three hour training is provided before the "match" is made between the volunteer and the recipient of the program

Compeer is a program of many rewards. Friendship is priceless. Volunteer to be a friend to someone in need of one.
