Mission Statement

Manchester Early Learning Center is committed to provide quality care and developmentally appropriate education for children, two months to twelve years. We believe healthy growth, learning and development begin at birth; therefore, we play a significant role in promoting the well being of children. We provide anenvironment that nurishes and cherishes all children, families, staff and community members who invest themselves in the belief that we all have a responsibility to support young children.

Description

The staff of the center believes that the most important years of human development are the early years. We plan daily activites with the whole child in mind, arranging for activites to enhance physical, mental, social, emotional and moral development. Children spend a large part of the day in play, exploring many ways of learning and doing by having first-hand experiences that stimulate all areas of growth. Play occurs both in small group and by child's choice, as well as both indoors and outdoors.
