Description

Blind & Low Vision Services teaches people who have low vision or who are blind how to adapt to their vision loss. Programs include low vision evaluations and prescriptions of low vision devices, instruction in activities of daily living, instruction in communication (computers, Braille, large print) using speech or magnification software programs, instruction in safe travel with or without use of a white cane, orientation to one's home, school, or workplace, and individual or group counseling.
