Connecticut Audubon society operates 5 nature centers around the state, Eco Travel and Environmental advocacy offices, 19 wildlife sanctuaries, preserving over 2,600 acres of open space, sponsors numerous education programs, events workshops, and nature gift shops, Working exclusively in the state of Connecticut for over 100 years, Connecticut Audubon Society is an independent non-profit organization, not affiliated with any national or governmental group.
