Mission Statement

To promote an accessible society that allows and expects full participation by people with disabilities.

Description

We provide services and advocacy to people with disabilities to help an independent and productive lifestyle. We also provide assistance and information to businesses and the general public to help them offer equal access and opportunities to people with disabilities. We have 23 staff, more than half of whom are themselves disabled, who serve Boone, DeKalb, Stephenson and Winnebago counties from offices in Rockford, DeKalb and Freeport.
