Mission Statement

The mission of Justice in Motion is to combat migrant worker exploitation by promoting portable justice for transnational migrants through a cross-border network of worker advocates and resources.

Justice in Motion, founded in 2005, brings host-country advocates together with their sending-country counterparts to assist each other in hundreds of concrete cases and policy reform on behalf of migrant workers. The project is launching in the USA, Mexico and Guatemala and will eventually expand into other transnational migratory streams.
