Increase the resiliency and skill offerings of interns. Recently a family won a negligence suit against an automobile manufacturer because the brakes failed to work on their car and as a result several family members were severely injured. Like producing a car without adequate brakes, it is irresponsible for any of us to help produce life out of balance and thereby injure the global life community, including people. Yet, against our better judgement, most of us are engaged in hurting each other and the environment simply because we don't know how to stop. If there is no need to improve your intern's personal or professional relationships and you find that your deeper ideals are being met, then don't bother to read any further.
