Volunteer Roles and Responsibilities: The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design, and be willing to work with our team to develop our website. They should have good user interface design skills in Wordpress.They will also work to keep the site up-to-date and prioritize page development, coordinate draft revisions of multiple pages, and manage the revisions and completions in a timely manner. Review current in-development site, create a strategy to list and then coordinate the completion of all the pages and links. Upgrade the site by updating content and graphics; monitoring performance and results; identifying and evaluating improvement options; introducing new technology if applicable; maintaining links, and making suggestions for improvements. Maintains site appearance by developing and enforcing content and display standards, and editing submissions. Leave a manual with instructions for other people on the team to be able to continue editing and updating the website. Requirements: Knowledge of web user interface design and web programming skills Strong teamwork and verbal communication skills Ability to use illustration tools and develop multimedia content Experience working with nonprofits preferred but not required Time Commitment: 2-3 hours per week.

Volunteer Role & Responsibilities: The Social Media Manager would be responsible for maintaining a steady online presence and voice for PS I Love You on our Facebook and Instagram accounts, and would be comfortable reaching out to all levels of staff to generate content. The ideal candidate would be passionate about mental health and have an appreciation for the diverse communities we serve. Responsibilities include: Using Canva to design social media posts Creating Instagram posts Managing our Instagram account and engaging the public by commenting on posts, responding to questions, etc. Creating Facebook posts Managing our Facebook account and engaging the public by commenting on posts, responding to questions, etc. Brainstorming campaign ideas Requirements: Passion for social media, supporting youth, and increasing our outreach. Volunteer Roles and Responsibilities: We are seeking someone with experience in outreach and management of donors to take the lead and help diversify PS I Love You's funding sources. The volunteer will: Research and connect with potential corporate sponsors and donors to amplify PS I Love You's reach Design, document, and implement a systematic and integrated corporate sponsorship program. Assist with communicating with and welcoming new donors and sponsors Provide professional assistance and interaction with sponsors, responding to questions, concerns, or inquiries Requirements: Excellent written and oral communication skills that are effective with a diverse range of audiences including board members, volunteers, internal staff, donors, executives, potential funding partners and all constituencies. The ability to work independently and as part of a team; detail oriented, well organized, focused and goal-oriented, with a high level of initiative and energy, as well as problem solving skills. Time Commitment: Approximately 2-3 hours per week.

Each volunteer is matched to a position and will meet with the Executive Director to ensure completion of the project. The pro bono strategic planners we are looking for will have: Excellent writing, grammar, and communication skills.
