TLC's mission is " To provide opportunities that encourage positive growth and change for children, youth and families while ensuring a safe environment."

Description

TLC's programs and services have grown over the years and currently TLC houses seven programs for youth and families. Some services our 7 programs provide are:

Intervention and assessment for children who are taken into custody by law enforcement,

Safe and quality family foster care, Emergency and temporary shelter, Personal development and intensive therapeutic treatment, Street outreach services for homeless youth, 24 hour crisis intervention, and support to families of youth who are truant or suspected of committing a crime.
