Mission Statement

Hospice offers a coordinated program of care that provides palliative care and supportive services to patients, their families and significant other, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in both home and in-patient settings. Physical, social, spirtual, and emotional care is provided during the last stages of illness, during death and during bereavement by a medically directed interdisciplinary team consisting of patient, families, professionals, and volunteers.
