Mission Statement

STAR is a 501c3 non-profit foster based animal rescue. Our mission is to be the guardians and voice for homeless and abandoned animals; to spay, neuter and provide medical care where age- and health-appropriate, be animal advocates, and provide outreach and education to community animal guardians. To provide support to community rescues to help with the mission of saving animal lives.
