Mission: Providing veterans, women and children in crisis empowerment and equality via holistic tools such as meditation, yoga, writing, etc .

Description

WHO WE ARE... RE-ALIGNED is a 501(c)(3)nonprofit. We serve those who have faced trauma and/or challenges and are trying to f ind ways to work through it. We do this through offering primarily holistic means such as writing, yoga and exercise, meditation, nutrition, etc.

Those in need and/or crisis, when receiving help at all, often receive the basics, just enough to get by physically, shelter and food . But true security, equality and empowerment require working through the emotional components brought about as well. We offer this through informal art, meditation, writing, etc. by whatever means that meets people where they are and helps them move, permanently into a more empowered and inspired productive life. Holistic resources provide not just an outlet, but a permanent support tool and way to perceive who they are in a whole new way.
