Chaddock is united in our commitment to offer hope and healing to children and families by providing innovative services in caring settings.
We are a nationally recognized, not-for-profit, multi-service health and human service organization. We offer at-risk children a faith-based, nurturing and intensive therapeutic environment that promotes hope and healing. We offer a full continuum of Trauma Informed Techniques and Services in three distinct, yet interconnected programs-Residential, Special Education and Community Services, all designed to build on the foundational role that relationships and attachments play in the healthy functioning of children, their families and their world. Other specialized areas of service include: spiritual awareness and development, community service learning, vocational education and work study; therapeutic recreation; leisure studies; outdoor experiential education; and animal assisted activities and therapy. We serve at-risk children, infant through age 21, and their families regionally, nationally and internationally. Located in West Central Illinois, our 30-acre campus provides five residential cottages, an on-grounds accredited school, chapel and a wide range of recreational facilities including soccer and baseball fields, an indoor swimming pool and gymnasium. Chaddock is nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Services for Families and Children, Inc. and the United Methodist Association of Health and Welfare Ministries. Chaddock is licensed by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services and is Medicaid certified. Our campus special education school is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
