Our purpose is to give you the information, resources, and supports you need to live your life focused on your abilities. We are here to make sure you get the tools necessary to live as independently and actively as possible in the community you call home. We do this through these programs: CP Sports, Community Living, Family Support, Kansas Case Management, & SeniorLink.
