Description

SCARCE provides education to schools, businesses, and community groups. SCARCE also operates five Rescue Programs -- Book Rescue, Tools for Schools, Gym Shoe Rescue, Super Crayon Project and the Cell Phone Rescue. SCARCE helps to plan community recycling events.
