Mission Statement

The goal of Shine the Light is two-fold. While showing the students their personal abilities in leadership, self-recognition, communication and accountability we hope to build a relationship between them and their mentor that grants each a journey in personal development. Being a community school, NK/O works to ensure our students are hearing a consistent message of values for strength and manifesting them among their unique talents and personalities. Each of the STL Values is for the benefit of our school community and the individual student.
