AARC provides children with opportunities such as:

Caring for animals:

• Caring for horses, goats, chickens, dogs, and other farm animals
• Feeding and watering animals, cleaning stalls
• Assisting on-site vet with various duties, such as the birthing process

Growing vegetables and harvesting fruit trees:

• Teach children how to grow, care for and harvest various types of fruits & vegetables
• Apply principles of sowing & reaping
• Link principles of finances and giving with the marketing process

Outreach:

• The children learn various life skills by participating in camps, service projects and over events.
• AARC also provides children of low-income families with food and clothing, as well as other needs

We believe that human interactions coupled with animals as well as other responsibilities can result in both physiological changes and psychological benefits.
