Mission Statement

ORHS is dedicated to improving the lives of cats and dogs in our community of central Georgia. We accomplish this through a variety of programs, including, but not limited to: finding permanent loving homes for animals in our care, proving no cost spay neuter services for low income residents in our community, and teaching the public about compassion and responsibility toward all animals

Description

ORHS is located at Lake Oconee, Greensboro, GA. Many of the animals in our program are housed at our center, with others being cared for in foster homes. We do adoptions from the center as well as taking our animals to pet stores for adoption days on weekends. We have a comminty spay neuter program and we participate in several community events each year.
