Description
ICAN is a (501)(c)(3) non-profit organization founded by Ven. Thich Phap Con, Ivy Vuond, and Quyen Vuong in 2000 with the goal of helping children and youth become successful and caring leaders in society.
ICAN is one of the few agencies focusing on serving the Vietnamese American communty in the Bay Area. Our activities include commuity building events, public education and outreach programs in the US, and humanitarian programs in Viet Nam.
These types of programs support one another, connecting ICAN with community members everywhere and allowing us the opportunity to help at-risk children in the US and Viet Nam.
